Terms of use at the mill

1. Who runs the mill

These terms govern your use of russetcidermill.com ("Russet Cider Mill", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of russetcidermill.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may play at the mill

Only users aged 18 or over may use Russet Cider Mill. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. Orchard coins are virtual

• All games are played with virtual coins, given out free of charge.
• Orchard coins have no monetary value and count as neither money, credit nor property.
• No coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
• The mill offers no prize of real-world value.
• The mill may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. The mill offers no real-money gambling

Russet Cider Mill does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no page at the mill links to a gambling operator.

5. Your cellar key (account)

• The undercroft and the crest, beyond the open stall, need a free account. Each person may hold one account, and it must not be shared.
• Your password is yours alone; if anyone else has used your account, let the mill know at once.
• Delete your account from your account page at any moment you choose. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
• The mill may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one it believes belongs to someone under 18.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account and are not your property; the mill may reset them.

6. Fair use of the mill

Do not disrupt the site or aim automated tools at it, do not offer to trade coins, and do not let anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability, malfunctions and liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Which law governs the mill

The law of England and Wales governs these terms and your use of the mill.
